Our product’s impact analysis tool ensures cities plan transportation with an eye to fairness and inclusion. Flexible time off 

We believe people should invest in their personal life, just like they invest in their professional life. That’s why we’ve instituted our “Flexible Time Off” policy – which eliminates the limit on the number of vacation days people can take per year.

Take a breath day 
Because we value our employees' wellbeing and their work-life balance, we introduced the concept of a "Take a Breath Weekend". This extended weekend occurs once a quarter and allows all of our employees to take a long weekend at the same time, with no work, no work-related correspondence, and no stress.

Making a positive impact on our communities and public transportation is at the core of our values. That's why we developed the Impact Program, which empowers our employees to engage in various volunteer opportunities

We think that people should work where they can do it best. That's why we not only provide well-equipped offices in many locations, but also offer an individual budget to help facilitate a comfortable work from home environment for our employees
