1. Fill the correct information in the fields.
2. copy the signature to clipboard by clicking on it.
3. Click here to move to the Gmail settings page.
4. Scroll to the signature section and past (Ctrl + V) in the signature text area.
The signature has been copied to your clipboard.

3. Paste the signature (Ctrl + V) in the signature text area.
4. Save (at the bottom of the page).
